I do - Banc Brasserie

One of my favourite ever things to do at the weekend is go to brunch. There is something about heading out hungry on a sunny Sunday and starting the day off with a huge delicious breakfast before a relaxing day ahead. London is a brunchers (possible new word I just made up!) dream and before I left North London, I had brunch at Banc Brasserie.

Located across the road from their restaurant 'The Banc' (which have yummy burgers and salads!) the owners decided to open a little cafe overlooking Downhills Park which is where we had brunch. The Location itself is perfect, a small but cosy open space with a balcony to catch the rays. They are open all day, serving sandwiches, drinks and brunches, so we thought we'd give it a go!

The brunches weren't anything out of the ordinary and I decided to go for a full english (Gluten free readers - they don't have any GF bread, but they will swap toast for hash browns, which is my eyes was a bonus!) but the service and sun made up for it.

It's the perfect spot for relaxing and catching up whilst watching all the cute dogs play in the park. At night it also turns into more of a bar, so you can share a bottle of wine whilst the sun goes down.

Everything is homemade and has a family vibe - the staff are happy to cater to anything you wish and the whole cafe vibe is super relaxed. For me, it was a perfect morning treat in the sunshine before a Sunday in the park with Ice-creams. It is all about the location and on a sunny day has lovely views of the park and passers by - ideal for people watching. Because who doesn't like eating brunch on a sunny balcony watching cute dogs chase squirrels?!
